The NorthTown Development Corp (NDC) is in the business of creating a livable community in the City of Livingston. D & B Partners (D & B) creates apartment communities to provide workforce housing across the West. Together, NDC and D & B are proposing modifications to the previously approved planned unit development (PUD) located on Scenic Trail. The PUD is situated on a 20-acre parcel of land, located at the intersection of 9th Street

and Scenic Trail. The project will include 20% of the parcel set aside as open space and an additional 55% as undeveloped land. The PUD will include a mix of 240 one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments with resident amenities. The project also includes commercial space for lease near Scenic Trail for ease of access to the businesses. You may review exhibits of the proposed PUD using the link and enter your comments below.
