Planned unit Development

Working alongside Human Resource Development Council (HRDC), Boundary Development is proposing a project utilizing the Planned Unit Development (PUD) process to provide the Livingston community with much-needed affordable housing. The project will be located on 3 existing and undeveloped lots totaling 1.01 acres along Brookstone ST, zoned R-III. The site has been thoughtfully chosen due to existing infrastructure, proximity to the future wellness center, and as an effort to reduce housing sprawl. Through the PUD process, an additional 9 affordable units will be provided which would otherwise not be allowed on this site.

The project will include 2 three-story, roughly 45’ tall, buildings consisting of 24 affordable units each for a total of 48 affordable units. 24 units will be 9% LIHTC and the other 24 units will be 4% LIHTC. In response to community needs as identified by HRDC, the project will be composed of 32 one-bed, 12 two-bed, 4 three-bed, and amenity space for the tenants. Amenity space may include shared laundry, bike storage, and gear storage. All units will be deed restricted.
